Lower Your Stress: Lower Cortisol Levels!


U.C.L.A. Research has shown us that people with positive thoughts have a stronger immune system.  Lower output of stressful hormones can be a contributing factor.  Write down 5 DIFFERENT things each day that you are happy to have in your life, or that you are grateful for having.  Stressed?
