Be Healthy..Feel Great !!
For a while I have been eating Gluten-Free Bread because I feel so much better.
My energy is higher, and I don't feel sluggish.
- Ever eaten pasta or other bread sources and felt bloated?
- Even if the portion size was small, you feel really FULL?
Well...
Trying gluten-free choices for such carbohydrate sources can help eliminate these feelings.
Another option is substituting vegetables for carbohydrates
Here is a very easy example you can try today:
First: Using a whole cucumber, carve out the inside of the cucumber to remove the seeds and cut it in half.
Next: Carve the cucumber like a crescent moon shape (as seen in photo) so that it is easily placed on top and bottom of sandwich ingredients to hold the ingredients in place.
You can still use meat and condiments as usual; even tomatoes.
Or, try it Vegetarian.
Note: Lettuce is the only ingredient I have found that is a bit difficult to stay in place.
Enjoying new ways to try foods is fun and when you can make it easy, and add variety, it's even more of a bonus !!
