Freeze Dried Fruit: Try This Travel Snack That Won't Bruise!

There are very few snacks that are wholesome and low glycemic like fruit.  
Have you tried Freeze Dried Fruit?  
I made my freeze dried fruit concoction using Fuji Apples, Strawberries, and Bananas.

They are great for a lunch box; they are great as a topping on cereals or sugar-free ice cream.  When hungry in an airport, save your money and try these straight out of the bag!  They will make it through airport security when fresh fruit will not.

Costco sells convenient on-the-go packages and the calories are very manageable.
