It's Only February: Don't forget the Plans you made to Change in Your Life for 2013

A few Suggested Changes for You to Seriously Apply in 2013

1) Exercise 2 more hours each week than you did in 2012; tis could be cardio sessions, or weight-training. 

2) Do your BEST to go to bed and wake up at the same time each day. 

3) Drink Less Alcohol. 

4) Sign up for one of my Fitness Programs; a Consultation is Free, and will take you through a 20-30 minute workout that Aligns to YOUR Specific Goals. 

5) Stop Consuming Artificial Sweeteners. 

6) Eliminate breads; Gluten-Free are the Best; I have many recipes that allow flavor and creativity to the snack.  Check out my Past Blogs.

7) Eliminate Corn Syrup containing ingredients from your diet. 

8) Exercise at least 4 times each week; (Cardio or Weights). You will get more Tone before you ever thought it could happen!


9) Eat healthy, simple dinners at home without carbs

10) Do not eat fast food. 

11) Eat more Protein (1 gram per pound of body weight for a male or female; 
Increase Fiber intake (15-25 grams a day will dramatically increase metabolism and help with weight-loss. 


12) Drink water throughout your whole day (at-least a gallon a day (128 ounces); If you are doing cardio properly, this should be easy; 1 water bottle is between 16-20 ounces. 


13) Do not eat packaged snack foods (Processed, and High in Sodium also). 

14) Contact me for motivation and support: that is MY JOB! 

My challenge to you is to create some goals of your own; surely there was some brainstorming that arose into your mind while you were reading my list. :) -Take a minute to jot those down.

Step back and re-examine the list. Which of these changes are you going to make your own?

I certainly don’t expect you to make all of these changes – though the more you do, the greater your transformation will be!!
