Nutritional Planning: Fight Diabetes; Lower Cholesterol; Empower Yourself and Get Healthy!


Good eating habits can be especially difficult to stick with during the winter months. As the temperatures go down, the grocery bills usually go up.  Did you know an incredible 20% increase in grocery store volume is most noticeable between now and April? 
So how do you change your eating habits now so you can look great before warm weather arrives? Knowing when and what to eat is key to any successful nutritional program.  
  
You can begin changing those binge habits now.  Surreal Body Solutions offers custom male and female meal planning for the individual, based on his/her goals and aspirations; I DO NOT endorse a "generic" meal plan with merely guidelines

Weight Training helps the heart too, sure...BUT, WHAT IF YOU'RE NOT SURE WHAT TO EAT? 

In return for completing your 3 day food journal, your custom meal plan will begin nutritional education in phases. You will know how, when, what, and WHY you're eating what you're eating. Set a goal for yourself.  If you can follow the customized nutritional guidelines and plan for one week without cheating on a food or habit we mutually agree to eliminate, or missing a meal, you will have completed one of the toughest stages of your new nutritional path; the Start! 


Great news! Now, your training program will focus on riding that wave of motivation and belief that you "can do this".  You will become more aware of your body; specifically nutritional awareness. Nutritionally, you made a choice in the past that ultimately led you to where you are today.  Step one is determining what bad habits are in place, and step two is starting to follow this new path by keeping a record.  I use the App MyFitnessPal for a suggested food journal log for my clients to use.
Together, we will determine your body's ability to absorb, digest, and repair from the new nutrition.  In addition, when you try to eat something you used to eat all the time in the past, you may notice that you don't feel well after its consumption.  For example, fast food habits that are eliminated and then re-introduced, usually lead to an upset stomach.  Your new body isn't used to the low grade oils or processed meats and it will reject them.  You will lean a lot.  My goal as your counselor, is to provide all of the necessary tools to meet your goals.

As a team, you and I will work together to develop your knowledge and make better decisions for your lifestyle. However, your success lies within your steadily increasing disciplineyour improvement at changing habits, and your ability in making smarter, more educated decisions with food and exercise
