Peanut Butter Pretzel Pie for the 4th!


Makes: 8 servings
Preperation Time: 10 minutes
Time Until Ready (Best Taste) : 3 hours 20 minutes
INGREDIENTS
    1. 3 cups low-fat vanilla frozen yogurt, softened
    2. 1/3 cup creamy natural peanut butter (Great and Healthy Omega Fats!)
    3. 1/4 cup broken thin low-fat pretzel sticks, plus more (if desired) for garnish
    4. 1 9-inch low-fat chocolate-cookie pie crust
    5. Combine frozen yogurt and peanut butter in a medium bowl. Stir in 1/4 cup pretzel pieces. Spread into crust. Freeze until very firm, at least 3 hours. Let stand at room temperature for about 10 minutes before serving. Top with more pretzel pieces, if desired.
Make Ahead Tip: Cover and keep in the freezer for up to 1 week. (July 4th Option)
