Who Wants to Eat ALL DAY? Raise Your Hands!

Who wouldn't want to eat ALL DAY?

Sounding like a potential calorie booster to some, but in healthy reality, eating several small meals a day can help prevent unhealthy food cravings. In addition, snacking throughout the day will show you that you are reducing a daily caloric intake that in your past, probably turns out to have been higher when you add up the calories from the old habits!
Hunger can make you forget your diet and then taste buds take over the will-power, and you could find yourself consuming any foods available, such as unhealthy snacks in a vending machine or processed/empty carbohydrates.
Eating a healthy snack (a few hundred calories max) every two to three hours keeps your blood sugar levels steady and the feeling of hunger subsides. You will find yourself having more energy and feeling less tired.

Simple Tip:  Pack a few healthy snacks such as fresh vegetables, fruits, yogurt, or salad for work, travel, or when simply "on-the-go".
