Homemade Protein Bars

Servings: 4

Ingredients:
2 scoops raw vanilla protein powder
1/4 cup raw sliced almonds (or nut of choice)
2-1/4 tablespoons raw coconut flour
2 tablespoons water
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1-1/2 teaspoon raw coconut sugar or desired sweetener (optional)

Directions:
Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix until smooth. 

Roll out on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for 30 minutes. 

Cut into 4 pieces. Keep refrigerated.
