Get Your Fix with a Fiber High

Cravings.. We all have them. The efforts and intensity we try to deal with them is how we make positive progress or we could find ourselves off track.  Blocking a craving in its tracks by eating small snacks throughout the day is the best way to keep the appetite satisfied and the body safely away from over-eating meals or opting for sweets, leading to weight gain, frustration, and even depression.
