Simple Carb-Kicker Recipe; Spaghetti Noodle Alternative!!..Try Spaghetti Squash Tonight !!

Try This Alternative !!
If you are looking for an creative way to still have your spaghetti without the noodles, this is how I use Spaghetti Squash to create the same effect and eliminate the Gluten too! If you haven't tried it, then you should. It's easy and saves you all the late night heavy carbs! Your waistline will thank you! :) Let me know how you liked it!


To cook the the winter squash known as spaghetti squash, cut it in half with a big knife and scoop out the seeds, then use a perforated pan to boil the squash for about 45 minutes. Srape out inside of squash (it looks just like spaghetti), add your favorite low-sodium pasta sauce on top and ENJOY !!
