Better Hydration and pH for an Effective Workout



Keeping your body hydrated is an important part of your fitness routine.  
As you grab that water bottle, fill it with alkaline water.  By drinking alkaline water your body maintains better hydration and pH balance.
Your body can naturally maintain a proper pH balance.  However, during a workout your muscles produce acids - more acids than your body can handle. 

Muscles perform best within a narrow pH range.  As more acids are produced you get muscle fatigue.  When you are drinking alkaline water throughout the day, your body is starting at a better pH balance that extends your effective workout time before muscle fatigue sets in.
