Is it Hard to Breath During Higher Elevations of Exercise or Cardio?

When traveling to Higher Elevations
(Going to the Mountains for Family Holiday Vacation)
Opposed to the Beach..
(except for Lake Tahoe...it is the Highest...if not One of the Highest Lakes ABOVE Sea-Level)
...ANYWAY...

Here are some "Mountain-Readiness Intervals" that can apply to you over the traveling holidays.
Mountain Readiness Intervals can help Prepare you to Breath Easier with Lung Capacity Build-Up Prior to Travel: 


7 x 1:30 Intervals on Cardio Machine of Your Choice at 75% Exertion (of Heart-Rate), with a Squat Pyramid in between each.

(15, 25, 40, 50, 40, 30, 15 REPS OF SQUATS)

EXAMPLE Start of System:

1 Minutes, 30 Seconds on Elliptical Machine
15 Squats
1 Minute 30 Second on Elliptical Machine
25 Squats
1 Minute 30 Seconds on Elliptical Machine
40 Squats

ETC..
