Reduce Belly Fat in 2013! So Many Options..Stick to the Basics!

January 1st...the Time the Gym is the MOST populated...followed by February 1st, when 80% of New Members disappear..

Don't let Yourself be a Part of this Disappearance!!

Stick to the Basics:

SLEEP:

- Is very important for cell regeneration, and the metabolism.  Believe it or Not...It could also be a reason for repetitive late-night eating and binge-eating...so, GET THAT REST!

PROPER NUTRITION is VITAL:

- "We Eat, Therefore we Are"... the Old Cliche
Very True to meaning though.  Eating lean sources of Protein, Vegetables, and limiting or eliminating 'bad' Fats, 'bad' Carbohydrates, and All Sugars.

- Help track your food using the MyFitnessPal App; I use it all the time with clients to discuss their eating habits, and it is a GREAT calorie tracker.

EXERCISE:

- Exercise FREQUENTLY and CONSISTENTLY...repetition is key to advancement in anything.

SUPPLEMENTATION:

- Supports your Cause, and leads you to a greater success.  Look for more blogs to come about this topic this week!
