Let's Get Lean in '13 !!

Nutritional Tips & Tricks

1. Start your day with a bowl of hot cereal such as oatmeal. If oatmeal isn't your thing, add a spoonful of peanut butter and/or protein powder to add flavor changes! 
Additional Flavoring Options:  Make it with "unsweetned almond milk". 

GOAL: This is the best fuel to get your metabolism fired up to burn calories and to get you through your workout!

2. End the day with a serving of Fat-Free Cottage Cheese (4% will add additional flavor).
Additional Flavoring Options:  Adding in Sugar-Free Gelatin (Flavor of Choice). Adding the Sugar-Free Gelatin will give you the sweet, fruity flavor minus the added carbs, especially at night.
