    Thanks, Zeke.....it's been a long road but I have accomplished so much, of course with your help! I'll never forget contacting you in October of 2011, six months after my surgery, not ever having lifted a weight in my life, I was a little intimidated not knowing what to expect. I must say though, after my initial consultation with you, I knew then, I had made the right choice. Your knowledge, passion and desire to help get others fit was truly an inspiration to me and this is why I am so driven by your expertise and ability to help me reach my goals. And for that my friend, I say thank you! For those of you considering a personal trainer, I would highly recommend Zeke Samples. Give him a call, dont be scared!

    Rich for your kind words. Sharing knowledge and empowering those to understand what to do with their nutrition and exercise are so vital to the success of the individual and will parallel the results that they see. You have both reached points in your lives where you can say that goals are being realized and 'lived' with each passing day. Hats off to everyone who doesn't give up!
